At SCARPA, we stand by the performance and quality of our footwear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original SCARPA box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
